I am a postdoctoral researcher investigating molecular mechanism of virulence in pathogenic fungi that belongs to the genus of Cryptococcus and Candida. My research is focused on the design of glycoconjugate fungal vaccine effective against cryptococcal infections. In my studies I utilize various molecular and biochemical techniques including RNA-seq and Mass spectrometry data analysis, SEC MALS, Cloning and Transformation, Fluorescent and Confocal Microscopy and work with Mouse model.
