I returned to audit and accounting practice. As a Group President I would like to focus my activities on the growth of REWIT Group not only in Gdansk but also in the Central and Southern Poland. The Group is actually employing almost 140 proffesionals and we plan to double it in next 5 years. With strong client-oriented focus I hope to refurnish the Group strategy and improve our image in all key domains: audit, accountancy, consulting and taxes.

- Supervision over 5 accounting and controlling teams located in each plant of the company (employment 4.000 persons, annual sales of 1.069 million pln in 2010, net result 110 mln pln),- Preparation of the subvention application – 9,7 million subvention received for the development of the new production facilities in Zywiec; entry into Special Ecomonic Zone in Łódź (two plants – limit of 47,5 million pln)- Creation of the Centre Adminsitrative (year 2004 ) and SAP FICO implementation (2009)- Control over the investment projects (development of two plants in Zywiec, new constructions in Bielsko-Biala and new plant construction in Lodz)- Leading and managing of the Administrative Centre (10 persons) and accounting departments (20 persons)- Supervision of the financial controlers (8) and analytical reporting - Preparation of the financial reporting for the group: US GAAP, Polish GAAP, IFRS/IAS- Treasury management and financing management - Responsibility of the overall local financial and tax strategy, co-operation with the auditors and tax controlers and authorities- Internal control set up and implementation – Sarban-Oxley procedures (preparation of the purchase, sales, IT, inventory procedures, etc.) and supervision over the IT systems
