My daily duties are to shape the current and future condition of “taking care of peoples’ health” company. I juggle between the most desirable way of working owners' expectations and needs and interests of every employee. I strive for:- increasing efficiency with focus on P&L and/or excellence in operations - making data driven decisions - holding a role of people partner with solution focused approach and empowerment to all staff members

I was looking for primary school for my older son and could not find one meeting my expectations. So, I co-created one. In Swoboda we focus on children as individuals. As adults we exist to a boundaries when kids need our support and disappear at the same moment. We believe that children’s’ natural curiosity, inner motivation and awareness outflow is sufficient and essential to become grownups.

I brought vison of bespoke denim workshop into reality. By building innovative business from scratch, I experienced number of obstacles every outlier / founder has to manage: from transforming “no can do” attitude of production staff to my vision of the products, through the lack of product understanding and managing customer over-expectations to the curse of abundance. I stove for:- designing innovative customer experience of creating bespoke pair of denims curated with care for every detail, - spreading awareness of Golden Dog brand,- being expert in my category in terms of product craftsmanship and as an individual.

I was addressing big companies issues with the smartest colleagues I have ever worked with. I strove for:- solution focus performance for every client, - open minded and problem-solving attitude pursued to the boundaries of every project, - perfect combination of my perspective with colleges knowledge and magnificent company experience.

When my mother and a doctor co-funded Internus Medical Center in 1995 I have always been engaged in running the company – with tasks given according to my age. With gathered experience in previous roles, I came for one and a half-year interim contract to identify scope of potential improvements and implement them. I performed many initiatives across company: in general management and strategy, accounting and finance, sales and marketing, procurement and HR. It was the first moment when I understood the responsibility of running small and medium size company. I strove for: - Identification of ineffectiveness with negative impact on organization and P&L,- Implementation of initiatives selected with Management Board, - Understanding of running SME also in healthcare industry - with deep mission at it’s core.

By transferring from EY Audit to EY Advisory I exchange working with the core of companies to its bloodstream – operations. I analyzed and evaluated organizations’ structure and processes in order to identify risks in “as-is” bios and propose more efficient “to-be” model. I strove for: - Understanding the efficiency of operational workflow, - Awareness on the level of process sophistication in relation to company development level, - Knowledge of factors influencing each industry.

I evaluate finance of companies across many industries. As an auditor I analyzed and examined an enterprise financial condition based on financial statements and financial analysis. I strove for:- Understanding company finance as a tool for enterprise management,- Awareness of how particular events affects organizations’ performance, - Knowledge of factors influencing each industry.
