- Advising the Business on how to meet new requirements and design solutions - Preparing high level estimates for new SRQs (Service Requests)- Assisting the team during the process of refining SRQs before they are ready to be developed- Managing Product Backlog- Monitoring and improving the team’s performance- Mentoring team members and helping them grow. Providing them with concrete advice when they cannot handle problems on their own- Improving the knowledge sharing practices within the team- Helping the team communicate with the Business- Responding to general enquiries about EDI coming from different places- Responsible for project's delivery on time and within the budget
