• I lead an international team of Content Producers responsible for the production of marketing and client reporting materials.• I assign tasks based on the capabilities and potential of the team members.• I take part in strategic planning to help ensure steady support of the current and ad-hoc projects.

• In this role, I was a Subject Matter Expert and marketing owner of a broad spectrum of materials covering various fixed income strategies in the Company product range.• Partnering with Product Management, I provided support for an extensive scope of documents types and activities, ranging from cyclical updates to enhancements to new fund launches.• I provided daily support for my teammates, sharing my product and process knowledge and experience.• I was involved in diverse projects, including company-wide, strategic ones.

Working as Content Producer in Advanced Marketing Platforms group, a part of Global Marketing Services in FTI, I was:• a part of the team pioneering automation of the marketing materials production in the company;• the Marketing SME for Global Macro and US Fixed Income strategies: responsible for the whole scope of materials—automated and non-automated. I oversee the cyclical updates as well as enhancements of the materials including data and content aspects;• responsible for Review, Approve & Release of marketing materials within Quark Publishing Platform environment (an XML-based software);• a team member on various multi-team marketing projects: regulatory, market or company-driven.

Being a Product Content Specialist in the Global Product Marketing team I am responsible for:• creating, maintaining and continuously improving core suite materials and presentations so that the product content is presented with updated and accurate data and messaging• liaising with internal groups including sales, client service, management, legal, performance, and graphics• serving as Subject Matter Expert for certain investment strategies• marketing process automation: Quark implementation team member;• product launches: marketing materials development team member.I achieve all of the above in cooperation with Franklin Templeton's Portfolio Management teams and with other creative and production teams in the Global Marketing Services.

Quality Assurance team member in the Global Document Services.Providing quality control (proofreading) to multiple marketing (pre-sale, institutional) materials.
