Summary: business architect specialized in sales & marketing projects Responsibilities:• New ideas analysis and decision support for sponsor (member of the board, managing director); projects initial phase coordination• Lead analyst in major projects; business supervision and scope change managementProjects (selection):• Preapproved upsell and crosssell in policy anniversary: automatic preparation, multichannel distribution, and start-up for personalized upsell offers for policy anniversary • Electronic premium payments: enabling customers to pay first and overdue policy payments electronically using paylinks• Marketing Campaign Manager: new processes and IT system for marketing, sales and service campaigns for all business lines/ legal entities and multiple distribution channels (i.e. tied agents, call center inbound and outbound, www, email); technology: SAS Campaign Manager• New CRM SalesForce Automation: combining several separate lead management processes and IT systems into uniform process and IT system for all types of customers (individual, company, prospect), business lines and leads (marketing, upsell offers, sales opportunities)
