Small and midsize businesses are the essence of many economies - in Poland they are responsible for 2/3 of GDP and 70% of employment.My main areas of expertise are developing strategy for IT and New Technology companies and taking them to new level of management. I have direct experience in all aspects of business activities: strategy, R&D, sales and marketing and finally M&A. During my career managed both startups and mature businesses.
