As a General Director of the company I was responsible for overall business strategy, growth, development and contract with partners.Directly responsible for five business units - R&D, Acquisition,Production, Sales and Maintenance.During 5 years of my management, APF company became a third major TV-set manufacturers in Poland, perceived as a leader in TV technology in Eastern Europe. In year 1993 I managed to acquire a complete HW production line from TEZET Teresin, what significantly increased company's production abilities. Negotiated and signed by me a 1,000,000 DM barter-contact with Gorenje group (Slovenia) assured by Elektrim consortium was the best APF company’s achievement of the year 1994.
