- Managing and leading teams of 35-45 FTEs, consisting of Data Processing Specialists, Team Supervisors and Subject Matter Experts, providing services for the German market (Jul 2018-Oct 2019) and the Polish market (Nov 2019-Apr 2020),- Ensuring BAU is delivered on time and with expected quality,- Improving team productivity,- Securing opportunities for team members' development,- Liaising with commercial teams on product enhancements.

- Merging two smaller teams into one,- Managing and leading a team of 10+ FTEs,- Ensuring the team delivers production on time and with required quality,- Managing and coaching team members,- Co-securing transition of processes performed by the team to a hub in a different country.

- Working in a team of forty as a person responsible primarily for delivering business intelligence and managing projects,- Co-operating with numerous stakeholders while introducing processes based on Machine Learning platforms (responsibilities: delivering business intelligence, identifying dangers and areas to improve, suggesting solutions),- Preparing Key Performance Indicators for numerous processes and sub-teams, as well as analyzing them and identifying areas to improve,- Managing and participating in projects aimed at quality, productivity, and knowledge improvement (Lean Six Sigma methodology),- Acting as Subject Matter Expert on the operational systems used within the team and across the company,- Identifying needs for system improvements, preparing business documentation, and co-operating with other stakeholders in order to deliver necessary changes.

- Analyzing and approving Know Your Customer files,- Acting as Subject Matter Expert and escalation point for local and global business partners,- Cooperating with process’ owners, discussing, challenging, and simplifying it,- Assuming Line Manager’s duties in his absence (coordinating Team’s work, cooperating with business partners and prioritizing tasks, mobilizing additional resources when necessary),- Participating in Lean initiatives and trainings (Lean Silver Belt Training).

Noncontractual position, to which I was devoting ~30% of my working time.
