Supervision of the preparation and submission of client indirect VAT filings 500+ clients.Supervision of the VAT registrations process in Poland for companies from more than 40 countries.Participation in tax control and VAT checks.Answering VAT enquiries and analysis.Preparation of the Polish tax rulings applications.Conducting a simultaneous multi-project managements.Management of the VAT and registration teams and responsibility for company technology development matters.

• Preparation and submission of client indirect VAT filings• Responsibility for VAT registrations in Poland • Answering VAT enquiries from prospective and current clients• Preparation of draft of answers of VAT analyses• Day to day contact with the tax authorities on clients issues• Participating in VAT audits

• Directing the work of department the awarding and payment of the pensiones,• Approval of the decision on retirement or disability pensions for persons whose worked in Poland and other countries with which Poland has signed an agreement on mutual recognition of social security periods,• Supervision of the correct and a timely payments of retirement and disability pensions,• Implementing process improvement and automation to improve work efficiency and workflow. • Cooperation with social security departments located in other EU Member states on granting pensions, especially with Czech Republic and Slovak Republic.• Supporting initiatives and providing guidance on new regulations impacts.• Managing and performing projects related to the introduction amendments in the pension granting and payment software related to the changes in the social security, health insurance and tax law. • Performing project related to the introduction of the National Social Security Institution software related to filing electronic social security reports from the employers to the Institution. • Participating in meetings and work groups to define processes, Managing testing team and identifying gaps in the software. Creating detailed requirements, flows and schedules for discussion or project progress. Ensuring business processes are updated for changes in system. Creating detailed requirements and test plans. • Defining and creating training materials; leading training sessions. • Performing other duties as assigned.
