- Directed Financial Operations: Led financial processes within the Husqvarna SSC structure, encompassing Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (RTR), while supporting finance transformation initiatives.- Knowledge Transfer and Process Design: Secured the transfer of selected processes from local structures to the Warsaw SSC, and designed future-state processes for the SSC.- DTC/eCommerce Implementation: Implemented and centralized Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and eCommerce processes in the Warsaw SSC, including risk mapping and mitigation planning.- Internal Control Matrix Development: Created and implemented an Internal Control Matrix for the SSC to ensure robust financial controls.- Opportunity Identification and Savings: Identified opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements, and developed implementation plans.- Process Standardization and Harmonization: Standardized and harmonized processes within the transition scope to ensure consistency and efficiency.- Team and Workload Management: Planned and managed the workload and tasks of the SSC Finance Team, collaborated closely with transition teams across Europe, and acted as a point of escalation for local markets and auditors.- Talent Management: Managed recruitment and talent development to build a high-performing finance team.
