I'm responsible for business process automation consulting services (feasibility, high level architecture, business case, process discovery and improvement) and for managing RPA dev-ops team.

I offer consulting, advisory and implementation services in area of business performance improvement (project planning and execution), delivering customer and employee experience management (research, analysis, planning, implementation and measurement of results).

Head of a team of 25 managers and experts. My goal was to grow operational cash flow by improvement of key business processes and to manage implementation of new technologies and products in operations division. I have managed strategy implementation program and PMO. I have developed business process center of competence and delivered services like: business process mapping and monitoring, business process change management, business process maturity evaluation, measurement and optimization of process costs and revenues. The business process architecture developed by my team has been used as a basis for new motivation program for directors in operations division. After the change the bonus budget did not increase but key performance indicators (FCR, CPC, TTA, NPS) have improved and reached best scores in European operations of Liberty Global. I have designed and implemented Customer Experience Management process, which delivered knowledge about most important changes in products and processes of the company. I have also designed and managed the process of quality assurance for new and modified products and processes (User Acceptance Test, recognized as reference process in UPC Group).

Accepted the responsibility for managing Contact Center, Customer Operations and Logistics (over 700 employees) during Post Merger Integration. This was a temporary position for the time of restructure of operations division.

I was responsible for growth of revenues from non-voice services. My role was to manage marketing research and development of Value Added Services for mass market at Plus GSM, the leading mobile operator in Poland (over 10 million prepaid and postpaid customers at that time). VAS covered areas like: premium voice, text, WAP and video streaming, information services and location based services. I managed relations with content providers (negotiations and ). I also managed logistics of SIM cards and scratch cards both in areas of technology development and security of deliveries (negotiation of agreements, stock planning, quality assurance). During all years on that position I have delivered growth of VAS revenues on a bigger scale than organic growth of the market and customer base.I have also served as a member of inter-departmental Polkomtel Strategy Development team.

On this position I was responsible for development and maintenance of corporate data and voice services for over 80 locations all over Poland. I managed design, implementation and operations of multi-site and multi-skill Contact Center system for over 1000 consultants. I have prepared and presented a design and business case for country-wide IP/MPLS transport backbone network and managed the implementation of this project. I have also secured continuity of data and voice services during switch of millennium 1999/2000 (Y2K).

I was responsible for design, implementation and support of complex heterogenous data networks for all types of business, including: banks, power plants, education, ISP, goverment and many others. I served as expert for various network architectures and protocols, including X.25, ISDN, FrameRelay, ATM, Sonet, Novell/IPX, IP, IBM/SNA. On 14th of September 1994 I have successfully passed the CCIE Exam (ID: DT1558008). I am also certified as Cisco Sales Expert and Cisco Support Expert.

I held independent position conducting consultations regarding network technologies. My role was to prepare offers for public tenders, conduct pre-sales with the use of Cisco and Sun demo equipment. I have designed, integrated and configured network systems and provided technical support to clients from central and northern regions of Poland. I have also carried out trainings on Cisco Network Management and Cisco Products Configuration and lectured on seminars. I was responsible for contacts with foreign companiesand also for contacts with Cisco Technical Assistance Centre.

I have co-founded and started private company in order to offer consulting and self-designed communication and operating system administration software for BPH, one of biggest Polish banks at that time.

I was responsible for maintenace of VAX/VMS and UNIX mainframes and for support for professors in education process. I have designed and implemented accounting and billing system, Enchanced C2 level security system and machine-level graphic procedures library for VAX/VMS and RAMTEK workstation. I have installed and maintained TCP/IP services for university community (DNS, NIS, BOOTP, SMTP, NEWS, gopher, listserv, FTP archive, NFS, TACACS).
