As the Head of Risk and Collections at Raiffeisen Bank, I lead the risk management of retail portfolios denominated in foreign currencies, overseeing the credit policy, process management, reporting, and underwriting strategies. I have more than 19 years of experience in Credit Risk Management including 6 years as the Country Risk Manager at Raiffeisen Bank International AG, where I managed the credit risk strategy for several Central and Eastern European countries.I am passionate about finding innovative solutions to conservative ideas, and leveraging my analytical skills and financial services knowledge to optimize loan origination, credit product design, digital lending, and automation of processes. I also value collaboration and best practice sharing among the Group members, and enabling the Risk function to deliver their best.
