- performing static and fatigue stress analysis of different components of Thrust Reverser Actuation System (TRAS) in accordance with customer’s requirements using FEA software and hand calculations- collaboration with engineers from leading aircraft manufacturers (Boeing, Airbus)- proposing design changes based on the results of the stress analysis- presentation of the results of the stress analysis to the customer- creating stress reports- creating presentations for internal review- cooperating with the customer in order to align the stress analysis methodology- working with the designers and engineers in USA- creating tools (spreadsheets, marcos) aiding the stress calculations

- creating technical documentation of hydraulic industrial valves (product manuals, drawings, test specification procedure)- reviewing the drawings- performing tolerance stack-up calculations- performing bolted joint strength calculations- presenting the calculation results for internal review- performing dynamic simulations of hydraulic components and systems

- creating technical documentation- modeling mechanical parts Familiarization with:
- construction of aircraft engines
- structure and functioning of the system of technical documentation
- functioning of production, control and measurement, and research and development departments
