- I managed the operations and competences of Customer Service, Production and Logistics teams.- Together we raised the product and service quality by analyzing sales and warranty service data.- I oversaw the development and optimization of processes, precedures, internal education (via e-learning and knowledge base platform) and our ticketing system (for external warranty claims and internal service department).- I brought in new suppliers, connected our systems, learned a lot of new things and got my hands dirty as I do.- Took part in company wide projects as Shareholder, Project Manager and Developer.- Told countless customers via our customer service phone line that our shops were closed because of Covid restrictions.- Went through bankrupcy, all the while trying to raise morale in my tems by motivating them and helping them look for new jobs.

- Managed Internal (Service) and External (Warranty) Customer Service teams. Without them the following would not have been possible:- Everyday support of 87 optical shops in technical, service, warranty and occasionally IT topics.- Organized the introduction of GDPR principles and requirements.- Coordinated technology and logistics rollout to our Italian sister company.- Launched, controlled and updated internal e-learning, knowledge base and training platform.- Prepared, proofed and updated over 90% of internal documents: instructions, processes, procedures, online courses and made sure they were being read and completed. - Took care of data coherency and lowering redundancy between systems thus eliminating the most notorious employee mistakes. - Worked on interdepartment projects (launched TV ad campaign, launched our own production department, leaned up logistics and procurement).- Prepared and analized data for Board of Directors and Shareholders. Suggested key directions.

- Developed Logistics Department (procurement, warehousing and delivery) to adapt for growth from 8 to 30 optical shops.- Oversaw the development of warranty service procedures for raising quality of service.- Ensured swift switch of main lens supplier.- Stayed on when Myeye sold to Fabryka Okularów
