Piotr Talarek is a business advisor and entrepreneur with 25+ years of multidimensional experience in Corporate Communication, Public Affairs, Corporate Advocacy, Issue and Crisis Management, and Investor Relations. He has advised over two hundred clients representing e.g., financial sector, healthcare services, pharma industry, energy sector (incl. PV), infrastructure and real estate, natural resources (incl. oil, natural gas, coal, copper), and retail. Over 15 years he was focusing on support and communication of the companies that were heading bourse and the dozens of listed corporations (or their key shareholders) during the IPOs or SPOs, including the PZU, WSE, PGNiG to name few. He was accompanying the C-Suite members in communication with stakeholders in M&A transactions (communication setup and integrations processes) as well as during special operations like de-investments, restructuring or hostile take-overs (getting experience on both sides of the process).Piotr is a graduate of marketing and management at the University of Szczecin, post-grad investment banking at the University of Gdansk and London Guildhall University, and accomplished law PhD course at the Kozminski Business School (suspended).Over the years Piotr Talarek has been co-managing three successful comms consultancies. Prior to creating the StrategyWise Consulting, he was co-founder of PR-PA advisory (2006-2019) and was the managing director of the biggest communication consultancies in Poland (1997-2006). At that time his teams were awarded several times in the Polish PR industry competition Zlote Spinacze, and eventually the firm was named ‘’The New Europe Agency of the Year 2005’’ by the UK Holmes Report, industry publication.
