Published over 50 tabletop games, creative and educational toys/products for children and adults alike, incl.:- multiaward winning series of ORIGAMI 3D (creative toy of the year winner in Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, USA + silver medal in UK)- new high end brand of PINK FROG games (incl. an honourable mention at Polish toy of the 2021 year contest - party game PABLITO)- highly successful game series GDYBYŚ BYŁ (IF YOU WERE), over 100,000 pcs sold- and many more.Collaborated on the company's historical best-selling game series of GORĄCY ZIEMNIAK (HOT TATER), NIE ŚMIEJ SIĘ (DON'T LAUGH CHALENGE), and others.Published and localized numerous other products to differnt languages/countries.

Alexander is one of the largest games publisher & edu/creative toy manufacturers in Poland. One year after entering a completely new business sector and a great challenge to bulid the company's export sales (earlier present in 3 markets) my so far completed tasks are: preparing products localization for export sales, creating promo materials (export catalogue, International website, etc.) and first time exhibiting at the biggest toy trade fair in Europe. Achievements: starting sales to 4 new countries + doubling export revenues in comparison to 2014, and... growing :-)

Baltic Press is a publishing company releasing Baltic Transport Journal, an international B2B title. I am responsible for all the publishing process, strategical planning and financing, meanwhile covering all my previous responsibilities as the marketing & sales manager. In extremely tough year 2009 I managed two new ways of financing: organising a seminar together with the Polish Embassy in London and establishing media partnership with the prestigious TransBaltic EU project. I was also deeply involved in talks with potential strategic investors in the company with the final takeover agreement signed on Jan, 7th 2010. Today, maintaining same position under new ownership.

I introduced a new marketing & sales strategy for the Baltic Transport Journal, being also involved in direct sales, team-building and sales team management. The company achieved net profit 2 years in a row, doubled incomes and advertising space in BTJ meanwhile increasing its circulation by 25% and contents capacity by 30-40%. I networked with hundreds of high-level executives of the global transport-logistic sector, members of governments and EU organisations. I also exhibited & visited many conferences and trade fairs (Poland, Germany, Russia, Sweden, Holland), contributed to writing, editorial work and the assembling process of the journal.

Mayones is the largest Polish manufacturer of electric guitars and basses. I introduced a new marketing strategy which helped the company develop the brand on 12 international markets & reposition production profile from mainly low-cost local products to exported luxury goods. The strategy was based on an extensive celebrity endorsement programme, in which we signed over 100 sponsorship contracts with e.g. The Rasmus, The Scorpions, Paradise Lost, musicians of Eros Ramazzotti, Ricky Martin, and many others. I established and run the company's Internet portal featuring a product site, an online shop and a customer-loyalty programme (the first professional free guitar online workshops in Poland), meanwhile being involved in running advertising campaigns, PR, events sponsorship and product placement projects. I exhibited at numerous international trade fairs (USA, Germany, Holland, Poland, Italy). Year 2005 made Mayones win the online edition of Top Product Award in our region outpacing many FMCG giants, and its instruments were afterwards displayed at 2006 Made in Gdansk International Conference as the example of a niche brand positive impact on the city’s image. The same year "Mayo" has also become one of the very few manufacturers featuring its own guitar shaped neon-light at one of the Hard Rock Cafe facilities (Warsaw, Poland).
