As the Ambassador of Poland to the Court of St James's, I have been working to enhance the strategic partnership between Poland and the UK since February 2022. I leverage my academic background and professional network to foster bilateral cooperation in trade, defence, culture, and education. I also represent and advocate for the interests and values of Poland and its citizens in the UK.Prior to my posting in London, I served as the Ambassador of Poland to the United States for five years, where I played a key role in strengthening transatlantic ties and advancing Polish-American collaboration in various domains, such as energy, security, and innovation. I received the Amicus Oeconomiae Prize in 2020 for supporting Polish businesses abroad. Additionally, I am a tenured professor at the University of Warsaw, where I have been teaching and researching in the fields of languages, literatures, and cultural studies for over 15 years. I have also been a visiting professor, guest speaker, and panellist at prestigious institutions and forums around the world. I am passionate about promoting liberal arts and sciences education, intercultural dialogue, and international cooperation.
