Have been working as a locum on/off since Sept 2023. Working in a range of inpatient areas and covering outpatient renal clinics.

- Provide therapeutic dietary advice to individuals and groups on the acute renal ward, high dependency unit and outpatient clinics across the Waikato region - Participate in MDT meetings for optimal patient care - Continually developing my knowledge of specialised nutrition through participating in conferences and professional development activities

- Sampled nutritional powders for in-process and final product testing

- Administrative link between ward staff, clinical Dietitians and the Medirest Food Production and Service teams- Answered calls, responded to emails, entered dietary data, organised nutritional supplements, prepared meal tickets and ordered Dietitian's prescriptions within a strict time schedule

- Assisted with meal production and tray line service- Took meal orders from patients, checking allergies - Handed out meals and did the hot beverage round

- Worked outside in the vines completing vine maintenance- Also worked in the Cellar Door preparing meals and waitressing
