Leading the partnerships team, I have directed efforts to rapidly generate new business. During my time in the role I have won transformative accounts with Selfridges, Hellofresh, IKEA and Tier. - I have won accounts worth up +£2M in ARR.- Personally responsible for winning major commercial deals with Hellofresh, Selfridges and Tier, leading the sales process from pitching to closing.- My accounts make up +40% of the revenue of the company.- Part of the team securing +£10M from institutional investors, led by Barclays Sustainable Impact Capital and Mercia Ventures, enabling the company to massively increase it's footprint.- Part of 'Rise by Barclays', a leading accelerator hub near Old Street.

Working as part of the team delivering Fintech Fringe’s second annual festival, attracting major sponsorship to the event, including CMS, Barclay’s, Thought Machine, NTT Data and Level 39.Consulting on efforts to bring in sponsorship to Fintech Fringe’s flagship festival, as well as it’s regular monthly programme. Speakers including senior figures from the Bank of America, Barclay’s and Thought Machine.

- Built an in-house delivery operation from the ground up. This included building a team of 10 full-time equivalent delivery personnel, and 2 operations managers, in order to allow us to do up to 5K deliveries per week.-Set up a last-mile depot in Clerkenwell and procured the requisite hardware (cargotrailers, cargobikes) and software (routing software, fleet tracking).- Optimised processes, working closely with the tech team, to maximise efficiency.

Oversaw the operations at the company's biggest and fastest growing hub (Hoxton) as it scaled massively during the pandemic.

Working as part of a small team of operational managers and supervisors to facilitate growth and optimise efficiency.
