Hi there, I'm Pip.If there is one thing you should know about me, it's that I love data. Especially data about my customers!I enjoy my work most when collaborating with researchers and data specialists to identify patterns in customer behaviour and using those insights to establish data-driven design solutions. Since joining CommBank I've been working on a Superannuation product called Essential Super and it has become a real passion of mine. Through qualitative and quantitative research I have discovered that there is a massive gap in education and understanding around Super, in particular with our young adults, and they struggle to see how Super is relevant to them 'right now'...That's where I come in! Using the insights gathered from research and analytical data, I can now see where the problems lie and how we might go about optimising the end-to-end experience for those customers.On a more personal note, I have recently become a mum and it has strengthened my passion for wanting to raise awareness about Super! If you are a parent with a teenage child I’d encourage you to have a chat with them about Superannuation and introduce them to the idea of saving for retirement.
