During my almost 30 working years, I have gained lots of experience in building ICT systems from basic websites to large operational management systems. But more importantly I have developed a deep understanding of transforming the actual business / processes, by rethinking them with the possibilities of digitalization.I'm fluent at thinking outside the box, while wearing both technical and also the more user oriented / business professional hats. I am able to see the relevant big picture fast and clearly, while still holding on to the required technical details. And I genuinly enjoy having a bit of stress in my life :)The different organisations I've worked for and the wide range of roles I've played in them, from a basic developer and architech to Program Manager and a Team Lead, gives me the ability to steer even the most difficult situations and groups to good results.As an IPMA Certified Project Manager I've been responsible for a variety of different types of projects ranging from small to M€ level programs and from standard development to the demanding leadership type of challenges. I am also certified to ITIL and Scrum for a more professional and agile handling of things.My empathetic people skills, ability to organise/host events and good understanding of network dynamics makes working with me also pleasant (or so ive been told).What I look for in work life, is enough challenge to keep on learning and freedom to do things the right way.
