Company QA representative monitoring contractor QC process documentation for compliance and technical oversight of all welding/fabrication phases on an Air Separation Unit construction at a brownfield site near Philadelphia, PA.

Stagecoach/ConEdison Muncy Valley compressor station and underground storage. Replacement of main line valves, actuators, and associated piping upgrades.

CHS - CENEX PIPELINE; Sidney, MT to Minot, ND;182 mile rerouting & replacement. leading a group of CWIs performing the inspection and completing documentation during welding operations on Spread 1 of the Cenex Pipeline (91 miles).

Oversight of fabrication, weld inspection, and NDE contractor activities being completed both onsite and off-site at vendor locations for Hancock/Highland Compressor Stations, Ramapo Interconnect, and the Huguenot Loop line (30"-36"-42"); all part of the Millennium Pipeline Eastern System Upgrade project with TransCanada and Enbridge respectively.

Contracted to perform complete oversight of construction contractors performing upgrades to portions of National Grid's pipeline and related facility infrastructure.

Consultant for midstream company ensuring compliance on critical welding process during construction of gathering system infrastructure, dehydration, compression, and cryogenics facilities.

Daily oversight of necessary welding/fabrication/NDE activities during construction of the 36" Chapman Loop, Atlantic Sunrise Pipeline Spread 3A in North Bend, PA. Tying into and looping the existing 24 & 30 inch Williams Transco pipelines. Ensuring as a minimum those activities were completed by qualified individuals to meet all requirements per the code of construction and Williams Gas specifications; while satisfying the consistent oversight of both PHMSA & FERC representatives. Designated as a lead welding inspector and recognized for strict adherence to quality standards as evidenced by completing all welding activities with a 0% repair-rework rate. *Disclaimer: Without a doubt this can be attributed to (and I give full credit to) the willingness of our inspection team collectively to adapt and apply all "lessons learned" shared from nonconformance issues found at other locations within the project, rather than my individual effort. I only facilitated brief updates to our group and communicated all findings as they were received in an effort to prevent like occurrences within our scope of work. The resulting 0% repair-rework rate was 100% due to the diligence of the entire group.

Civil-Utility-Weld inspection of pipeline facility construction during the Energy Transfer, Wellsboro 24" project in Mansfield-Liberty, PA. This included oversight of all excavations, civil engineering requirements, fabrication install, tie-ins, and mechanical completions on 2 ultrasonic metered interconnects with Kinder Morgan and Howard Energy. Aside from the necessary inspection work completed at the interconnects there were 5 additional mainline and side tap valve worksites along the pipeline ROW that required construction and mainline tie-in; one of which included an HDPE Flexsteel pipe installation/connection for acceptance of gas gathered by Repsol into the ETC mainline.

100% visual inspection of pipe spool pieces welded by the contractor at their facility and the remaining field welds completed at SUNY Plattsburgh during their powerhouse upgrades.

Contracted in a consultant role to perform the general manager role responsible for directing a group of skilled tradesmen in the fabrication of ASME code compliant pressure vessels. Also leading the quality control administration group and inspection staff towards maintenance of records and reports necessary for achieving ASME/NBIC compliance for the "U" stamp. Overseeing the daily operations of a destructive/non-destructive testing lab and technicians that provide UT/RT/PT/MT examinations on vessels fabricated in house as well as external customers for compliance in numerous codes, specifications, and standards.

Contracted by a midstream company to perform fabrication and field inspection of new compressor and meter station infrastructure at multiple locations in the NY/PA/OH region.

Working as a 3rd party contract inspector on the DGE Sargent umbilical project at Oceaneering Multiflex, Panama City plant.

*Responsible for the inspection of all components used in the production of hoses, electrical cables, and umbilicals.*Overseen and reviewed the inspection and documentation made by other inspectors and manufacturing operators. *Wrote detailed, technical nonconformance and discrepancy reports. *Daily worked with the governing codes of API, ASTM, ASME, and ISO 9000, along with procedures, drawings, quality plans, and customer specifications. *Perfomed numerous audits to ensure compliance with the ISO standard.*Trained and mentored inspection staff.

*Performed pipe inspections, receiving inspections, nondestructive tests (PT, UT, and MT), along with destructive testing, such as tensile, hardness, compression, and burst. *Evaluated data and wrote reports to validate or indicate deviation from existing standards. Recommended modifications of existing quality or production procedures to achieve optimum quality within the limits of equipment capability.
