Designated as a lead welding inspector and recognized for strict adherence to quality standards as evidenced by completing all welding activities with a 0% repair-rework rate. *Disclaimer: Without a doubt this can be attributed to (and I give full credit to) the willingness of our inspection team collectively to adapt and apply all "lessons learned" shared from nonconformance issues found at other locations within the project, rather than my individual effort. I only facilitated brief updates to our group and communicated all findings as they were received in an effort to prevent like occurrences within our scope of work. The resulting 0% repair-rework rate was 100% due to the diligence of the entire group.

Civil-Utility-Weld inspection of pipeline facility construction during the Energy Transfer, Wellsboro 24" project in Mansfield-Liberty, PA. This included oversight of all excavations, civil engineering requirements, fabrication install, tie-ins, and mechanical completions on 2 ultrasonic metered interconnects with Kinder Morgan and Howard Energy. Aside from the necessary inspection work completed at the interconnects there were 5 additional mainline and side tap valve worksites along the pipeline ROW that required construction and mainline tie-in; one of which included an HDPE Flexsteel pipe installation/connection for acceptance of gas gathered by Repsol into the ETC mainline.
