Working with experimental physicist Dr. Robyn Millan on magnetometer-related technologies, embedded systems integration, sensor calibration, and 3D-printing experiments to support her ongoing magnetic field research and development projects. Collaborating with JHU APL scientists on magnetic field research and citizen outreach (CINEMA, MOVIE, EZIE-mag). In conjunction with my upcoming senior Engineering Honors Thesis project.

Leading in-person tours and engaging with hundreds of prospective students and their families as an Admissions Tour Guide. Connecting with prospective students via email in English and Spanish.Hired the admitted cohort of new tour guides with fellow Tour Guide Trainers (TGTs). Led in-depth training for accepted tour guides through small group work, presentations with TGTs, and community-building activities. Tested new guides for their final approval into the paid Dartmouth Admissions Tour Guide Program.

Founded Dartmouth's first and only competitive amateur rocket team. Built a reinforced HyperLOC 835 rocket for launch in November 2024. Developed embedded system to perform data collection using I2C protocol and “bare metal” microcontroller programs. Enhanced structural integrity. Leading team meetings. Guided club-founding initiatives. Researching, recruiting, and performing social media and in-person outreach. Conducting meetings and liaising with Dartmouth organizations to raise funds.

Developed Systems Engineering models for aerospace payloads and interfaces using Cameo and Jama, including writing and tracing requirements, verification & validation, and creating block diagrams. Contributed to the development of a resiliency pLEO payload by helping write and validate system requirements, while deepening knowledge and engineering skills in space sciences and electro-optics. Led a 6S improvement project for the AI&T team, enhancing tool control processes and advancing production engineering efficiency.

• Thermodynamics (ENGS025): Ran weekly labs for groups of ~16 students, offered support, guided discussions, and graded post-labs.• Introduction to Engineering (ENGS021): Helped student teams develop computer-aided design, prototyping, design thinking, presentation, and scientific writing skills while they produced an innovative Engineering solution to a chosen problem.

Advanced skills in precision engineering, gaining proficiency in laser cutting, Formlabs, sawing, and sanding techniques. Attained competence in CNC milling and lathe operations to contribute to machining projects. Assisted peers in SolidWorks software and collaborating on class projects, facilitating effective problem-solving and project execution.

Assembled, organized, balanced, and devised NASA-sponsored STEM kits and lesson plans to reach and engage hundreds of emerging learners in New Mexican communities. Built museum exhibit and lesson components for thousands of museum visitors and outreach recipients. Traveled to rural NM areas with educators to provide enriching STEM experiences to over 100 professionals and learners ages 4-12+.

Designed a long-term Martian Base for 14 astronauts with a select team of high schoolers. Focused specifically on ECLSS (researched HVAC, food, water, waste management, and radiation protection); teammates focused on crew systems, EDL, space law, and more. Project culminated in large group presentation. Through NASA's highly selective SEES program.
