 Review juvenile status offense referrals and determine what intervention is needed to deter youth from court when possible. Complete assessment interviews with youth and family to identify risk factors and create comprehensive court reports and recommendations.  Work collaboratively with outside community resources, private, and state organizations to allocate and provide services for youth.

 Review Hawai’i based data and local organization’s approach to emerging opioid trends, evidence-based prevention and intervention methods. Collaborate with local organization to develop and implement climate workplace survey to assess current mission and strategy.

 Advocate for the local community and survivors of human trafficking by leading educational presentations and events for students, educators, and professionals in the hospital and medical industries. Conduct analysis of populations impacted by human trafficking and effective evidence-based practices.
