Throughout my career, I have worked my way up through numerous positions. Starting at Target, being cross-trained in multiple customer-facing areas until being promoted to HR. While working for local St. Louis business, Hartford Coffee, I ran day-to-day operations and event coordination in a fast-paced service industry environment, eventually accepting a Shop Manager position. During my time at Angel Boutique, I worked as an Assistant Manager, organizing donations and events to create revenue for the non-profit business. Currently, I supervise a number of accounts for a 3rd party Logistics broker, focusing on quick customer responses, concise shipment tracking reports, and time-sensitive invoice audit and approval.
