Maintained a safe and healthy environment for patrons to attend PCC's Aquatic Center. Enforced rules; monitored and scanned during AquaFit classes, Pool Camp, Free Swim/Open Swim, and birthday parties. Taught lessons (Red Cross Methods) to children 3-16. Used language, demonstration, and physical/emotional support to help children learn different strokes, treading water, floats, flip turns, and dives.

Facilitated discussion about lesson plans and rank distribution. Made and executed changes to the Gymnastics Department's schedule. Encouraged participants to make courageous choices. As a counselor, I received 40+ hours of training in "success counseling," guiding campers through homesickness and helping them acclimate to camp. Forged a strong community through music; learned many songs rapidly and aided coworkers and customers as they used music as a catalyst for strengthening the community together.

Substitute for conditioning, ballet, leaps & turns, tap, jazz, and hip-hop. Created and executed lesson plans for dancers ages 6-18. Choreographed 4 dances in July-August 2022. Coached 2 of these dances to perform at competitions in April and May 2023.

Intern for the Pre-Competitive, Tots 2, Teens, Preps 1, Intermediate Hip-Hop, and Tumbling classes. Worked with instructor and dancers to learn and clean their dances.
