Developed a multi-level leadership training program utilizing course design, facilitation, and team development methodologies. Implemented a two year process improvement initiative with administrative and executive staff.

Worked in conjunction with Dr. Frederic Hudson and the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara to develop a model for a Leadership Development Program for college students. Organized an advisory board of professors, administrators, community members, and professionals at Colby College to support a pilot program in Fall 2001.

Examined the role diversity should play in institutions of higher education, with a close investigation of Colby’s campus. Efforts led to the organization and execution of a multi-institutional diversity conference.
