As Global Community Manager (GCM), I am responsible for Student Energy's community of young energy leaders around the world. My position includes strategically finding ways Student Energy can better serve it's programs network as well as developing operational capacity to maximize the value of the network. As GCM, I manage Student Energy's Chapter program that maintains and creates campus-level clubs dedicated to building the next generation of energy leaders through experiential education, training, and energy-system education. Through developing strategy, external relationship building and research, Chapters program delivery, and managing communications and programs ecosystem-wide engagement, I ensure that Student Energy's community of passionate youth feel united, empowered, and supported in their efforts to take action on energy issues.

- Manage a portfolio of over 30 global Chapters across 5 regions (North America, Europe, Indian Subcontinent, Greater China, South East Asia) to foster growth and engagement.- Drive the recruitment and seamless on-boarding of new chapters from universities across the globe.- Empower and guide Chapter members through mentorship and soft skill coaching, ensuring development and success across regions. - Innovate, coordinate, and lead monthly Global Calls, Hackathons, Webinar Series, etc., with audiences from 30 to 200 participants.- Successfully organized an in-person Net Zero Symposium for 20 youth participants across Canada, promoting environmental awareness and youth engagement in sustainability.- Actively engage in outreach initiatives targeting post-secondary institutions, other organizations, and funding partners, strengthening partnerships and support for our mission.
