We rapidly made a mark in the industry and are confident in our standing as one of the premier agencies for programmatic advertising, performance marketing, data processing, and visualization.Personally, I played a pivotal role in building the Hoy brand. Over the years, my primary responsibilities encompassed strategic leadership and business development.

As the Chief Digital Officer at Mediaschneider AG, I served on the executive board of Switzerland's foremost independent media agency, overseeing all digital channels. My role as a CDO was pivotal in advancing the refinement of digital services and honing specialized disciplines within the agency.In addition to my corporate responsibilities, I'm an educator at premier Swiss institutions such as ZHAW, HWZ, AdSchool, and IAB Academy. I also hold an annual guest lecturer position at the University of Zambia (UNZA) in collaboration with B360 Education Partnerships.In 2016, Mediaschneider introduced its spin-off, Hoy AG, dedicated to Advertising Technology and functioning as a wholly-owned subsidiary. Soon after its inception, two of its locations consolidated, leading to a complete overhaul of its organizational structure and processes - a transformation I spearheaded.

I spearheaded the evolution of the digital consultancy division for Switzerland's premier independent media agency. Initially a solo venture, our team experienced remarkable growth, expanding to 35 professionals by early 2016.Trailblazing in the industry, we were among the first agencies in Switzerland to collaborate with Facebook through partners in 2008. By 2012, we strategically shifted our focus towards Programmatic Advertising.We pride ourselves on being pioneers in Switzerland, offering comprehensive in-house expertise and execution in areas including Social Media, Search, Display IO, Video, Programmatic Display, and Tracking & Analytics solutions.

Strategy, planning and implementation of integrated advertising campaigns with classical as well as digital channels including account management and project responsibility. Strong focus on digital channels in branding and awareness. Soon thereafter followed first performance campaigns for Swiss top clients from the agency portfolio.

Helping to shape the establishment of the first unit, which linked traditional print channels with online advertising campaigns. We called it "cross-media campaigns" at the time. I was responsible for planning and implementing campaigns for key accounts from Publimedia AG's portfolio.
