    My role with Agora Health was very varied and consisted of managing customer service, warehouses and my team, which consisted of the following tasks: • Review daily stats reports to maintain the highest standards in customer service correspondence calls and emails. Also approve the final count numbers for printing and art work. • In total Agora Health has 2 warehouse distributors, one in the UK and one in the USA for their own items which I managed. I also managed Agora Health’s 3rd party distributors which consists of a further 7; this included managing stock levels and reordering when necessary, and seeking quotes from different sources to find the best price. • Manage all the systems from backend to frontend to make sure the customer experience is effortless and efficient; this involved regular checks. I also managed and generated ideas for new projects to make our systems perform to the best of their abilities. • Create marketing schedule by analysing past stats and working with the editors on new editorial copy to be tested. This also included keeping track of tests and calling results based on statistical evidence. • Supply training to employees on the systems we use and solve any problems/questions that may arise. • Administrative duties included dealing with invoices, approving holidays and hiring new staff from reviewing CVs to taking interviews.
