Responsible for processing all safeguarding concerns, many being high risk complex cases. Conducting the initial triage, managing & responding to a range of concerns, carrying out assessments and assisting in signposting to the correct teams, referrals to the appropriate agencies and support services. As part of a team I am responsible for reducing risk and helping to achieve positive outcomes for our customers. Providing advice, practical support & coaching to colleagues within the business to assist in their case management whilst helping to build their skills & confidence.

• Part of the Income team for Metropolitan Housing collecting to a target of reducing arrears by 11.5%• Responsible for collecting £518,199.37 of an £820,000 major works debt• Working on major works accounts following the full arrears process from stage 1 right through to money claims, obtaining judgements and serving section 146’s.• Have extensive knowledge of leaseholders, leases, and deal directly with mortgage lenders and banks.• Full knowledge of section 20’s and the process Metropolitan must follow to carry out major works on leasehold properties. • Responsible for preparation of court documents and paperwork relevant to rent possession cases including negotiation of such cases with tenants and other representatives before hearings and presentation of cases and associated evidence to the court at district and open court hearings.• Fully conversant with County Court procedures including liaison with court officials, bailiffs and legal services as required.- Liaising with Local Authorities to ensure tenants receive their fullentitlement to Housing Benefit , to minimise Housing Benefit overpayments andreceive newer entitlements such as DHP and Universal Credit as they areintroduced and become fully operational.

• Fully responsible for generating, converting and managing sales leads and accounts in the company, writing propositions, tenders and bids to optimize profitable business growth. • Successfully deliver product demonstrations, training, presentations to large audiences• Actively communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.• Responsible for all invoicing and use an internal CRM system to manage this process.• Co-ordinate and manage multiple diaries, book appointments, write and produce reports, analysing data with the ultimate aim of facilitating business performance improvements.• Successfully maintain and develop existing working relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met throughout the lifespan of the project • Identified, diagnosed and provided solutions to any problem/query or complaint and dealt in such away to ensure trust was not lost• Actively keep track of all clients and details of the sales process via an internal CRM system, monitoring the entire sales process from initial enquiry to close of sale and project completion. • Fully accountable for introducing new marketing strategies to move Hanlon solutions into new markets, building up close working relationship with external designers to successfully re-brand and convey the Hanlon message whilst keeping in line with constant changes to the market sector. • Planning and organising many events, meetings and workshops in order to drive business forward. • Regularly attend conferences/conventions, exhibitions and workshops including the CESI annual Welfare to Work Convention, GOVNET’S annual Skills, Employment and Growth conference and Regeneration & Renewal’s Tackling Youth Unemployment conference.
