I am passionate about making a real difference to the lives of children, young people and their families, either directly through quality, family-centred care or strategically through the development of needs led, effective and appropriate services for children, young people and families. I believe in user involvement in the development and evaluation of services and I have led consultations and service reviews. I enjoy training and teaching students, particularly nursing students, sharing my passion for quality and effectiveness, alongside compassionate, meaningful care.
