I am passionate about supporting clients and communities to achieve sustainable transport outcomes. Transport sits at the heart of many of the biggest challenges facing Aotearoa, from climate change to public wellbeing. Having been car-free for eight years, I strongly believe in the need to provide viable transport choices for our diverse communities.My work experience combined with a PhD in Geography gives me a unique mix of skills, pairing data and analytics with a strong social lens.My areas of expertise include: • Sustainable Transport Strategy – establishing the high-level strategic framework for implementing sustainable transport as a core part of future developments.• Disruption Management – specialist skills in planned transport disruption space, particularly in response to major rapid transit projects. From initial planning on how to mitigate the impacts on transport modes through consultation, implementation, and monitoring. • Public Transport Operations – from investigation and design through to consultation, consents, and construction. Specialties included bus stop infrastructure and bus priority.
