About Pippa Moss
I discovered some of the benefits of yoga a few years ago and soon found that I was wanting time on my mat every day. In yoga, I found a tool to help navigate through life with more awareness, balance and clarity. Whilst it is not always easy, I am truly grateful for the compassion and wisdom my teachers have shared and continue to share with me as the path unfolds. I am also a keen freediver, having achieved my Masters certification from Apnea Total HQ in 2019. I love exploring the depths of the ocean and the mind whilst holding my breath! Forever a student of the practice, I completed my first formal teacher training with Simon Low in 2015. In 2019 I gained a 300hr qualification with specific emphasis in Pranayama under the expert guidance of the Centered Yoga teaching team at Samahita, Koh Samui. I also hold certifications in Hot Yoga and Pre/Post-natal yoga and have attended extended workshops with senior teachers in the UK and Europe. My classes are focused, with detailed attention to postural alignment and breath: by allowing your body to arrive at the posture that is right for you, nothing is forced, and the resulting practice is safe, comfortable and appropriately challenging. My hope is that students step off the mat feeling refreshed, energised, connected and balanced with greater awareness. Contact me for class information and online 1-1 programmes.
