Currently working with the Office of the Chief Executive to deliver Transformation portfolio of children’s projects and programmes alongside supporting delivery of the MTFS.I am working with external partners Price Waterhouse Cooper (PWC) on the transformational programme.I have extensive experience of project management across children's services, whilst working collaboratively with colleagues across the local authority and wider system. Projects include Early Help transformation, continuous improvement and development, setting up an internal residential home and design of a pipeline of future activitysetting up Stepping Stones, a project to prevent children becoming looked after and work with families to allow successful return home of those children in the care of the local authority.In March 2022 I completed the APM level 4 apprenticeship in project management with a distinction. I am Prince2 trained.I utilise my organisation skills to implement projects within a recognised framework, ensuring time, budgets and resources are effectively managed. I have extensive experience delivering successful projects and programmes, setting up governance, writing PiDs and delivering robust plans, which have impactful and measurable outcomes and benefits. I coordinate and run Ofsted inspections for the local authority children services.In July 2023 I graduated from the councils leadership course, ‘Getting leadership right’ delivered by Ascensio.In May I will embark on a Level 7 leadership and management course with ioda.
