Sole Production Manager throughout the pre-production and onsite delivery of the CPL 2021, held bubbled and behind closed doors in St Kitts and Nevis from August to September. The demands of planning were far reaching, ranging from organising all Crew and supplier bookings (and their subsequent contracting), international travel, accreditation and visa procurement, to negotiating and engaging local transport, caterers, runners/riggers and accommodation to the facilitation of shipping and delivery of equipment. Due to the challenges posed by the global pandemic, an incredibly close working relationship with the event organiser was required, to ensure that they were comfortable with the production plan, the application of it, and the maintenance of their testing regime and COVID-19 protocols for the duration of the event. Onsite demands, in addition to writing schedules, included overseeing all Crew day-to-day activities and working to ensure the efficient running of production whilst keeping Crew morale high, under what were difficult working conditions for an extended period.

Planning and onsite Production Manager for the 2020/21 Gallagher Premiership Rugby season for BT Sport. With matches held every week in addition to European fixtures, it required efficient planning of all match day logistics, the ability to work to tight deadlines, react to uncontrollable external forces and establish excellent working relationships with clubs and suppliers to allow for quick-turnaround match day implementation, whilst ensuring that Crew could work onsite safely throughout the pandemic.

Junior Production Manager for Dunkirk: The Forgotten Heroes, Speed with Guy Martin: Classic F1 Special, Guy Martin: Building Britain and Guy Martin: The World's Fastest Van.Responsibilities for all programmes included the management of post-production paperwork and clearance through Silvermouse, ensuring that music and archive was cleared ahead of TX and contributor and location releases were in place. The role required the raising of POs, processing invoices, float and credit card reconciliations as well as the cost managing of productions using Octopus PMI. In addition to organising all shoot logistics and writing Call Sheets, a key element to the role was to oversee the participation in BAFTA’s albert scheme and achieve an albert certification badge for productions. This involved writing green memos and calculating a predicted carbon footprint at the start of production and obtaining evidence for green initiatives throughout production through to the final footprint status.

Junior Production Manager for ICC TV, with projects including the ICC U19 Cricket World Cup New Zealand 2018 and the ICC 2019 World Cup Qualifier in Zimbabwe.I was responsible for booking all transport and accommodation for crew and talent and putting travel plans in place for international and local travel. I secured visas, carnets and filming permits where required, as well as issuing crew contracts and writing Call Sheets and Risk Assessments. I worked with LOCs and the ICC to ensure the venues were ready for crew and kit to arrive. I was onsite for the duration of the events to support the crew, source anything needed locally as and when required and help make sure the production ran as smoothly as possible. I worked closely to a budget and updated cost managers, processed invoices and worked with the Head of Production to avoid an overspend.

Dedicated Junior Production Manager for the Longines Global Champions Tour and Global Champions League; a global show jumping competition visiting 15 countries.As the only production support for the project the role was all encompassing. Duties included managing budgets, updating cost trackers and doing monthly forecasts, negotiating and booking OB facilities and satellite space, organising all Crew logistics and travel plans, sourcing kit and obtaining visas, carnets and filming permissions and writing Call Sheets and Risk Assessments. Prior to each event, working closely with the tour organisers and the different LOCs to obtain onsite studio locations, finalise camera positions and cable routes and ensure that provisions onsite were as per the pre-agreed event tech spec. In addition to Production Management responsibilities, onsite production requirements demanded the need to perform the role of Floor Manager for studio shows and Gallery Assistant during live broadcasts as well as writing running orders and overseeing the big screen output, ensuring that the necessary sponsor messages were shown amongst the live feed.

Production Coordinator for Premier League Production’s Promos and Short Form Content departments.PLP Promos are responsible for the creation and distribution of over 660 match promos, special promos and idents throughout the season.Due to the creative nature of the content no two weeks were the same with responsibilities regularly centred around the organisation of shoots and match ENG filming. These included booking crew and kit, sourcing contributors, props, locations and filming permissions, managing travel and shoot logistics, writing Call Sheets, Production Schedules and Risk Assessments and liaising with the Broadcast Services team to ensure that the desired pitch side positions and accreditation were secured and match day facilities provided. In addition to this, updating Cost Trackers and logging all costs and working with the Production Manager to monitor that shoots and post-production did not go over budget.The PLP Short Form Content team produce a variety of short feature pieces to populate the Premier League Channel, such as classic matches, ‘top 5’ reviews, player and pundit interviews and interstitials.As Production Coordinator, the primary task was to oversee the edit schedule, booking editors, APs and facilities for the season and liaising with other PLP teams to secure interviews with talent. Other projects included coordinating with Premier League clubs to organise stadium aerial shoots and ensuring that all paperwork for these was in place.Duties for both the Promos and the Short Form Content department included the management of a Production Assistant, the checking and submission of PAP paperwork and the daily processing of invoices, raising POs and Cost Tracking as well as monitoring all expenditure and helping with a monthly budget forecast of over/under spending.

Event planning and management of the inaugural ATP Broadcaster Forum. A two-day workshop with international broadcasters aimed to outline current and future models in production and delivery from the ATP Masters 1000, ATP World Tour 500 events and the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals.Involved in every aspect of planning the event from conception to execution. Key responsibilities included the management of the budget, booking Talent, speakers and all necessary event personnel, sourcing and booking a location, AV kit and staging for presentations, as well as organising all guest logistics including invitations, accommodation, travel, gift bags and group meals. During the event, the primary function was to ensure that the itinerary was executed smoothly and punctually. This was done whilst working in my normal capacity as a Production Coordinator for the tour, which demanded a high level of organisation to ensure that both roles were executed to a high standard.

Delivering broadcast standard advertisements for transmission in prime-time slots for clients such as Moonpig.com, Legoland World Wide Resorts and Chessington World of Adventures.Duties varied between clients, however frequently included the organisation of simultaneous shoots for multiple clients and coordination throughout post-production, which provided a strong skillset base to take into later roles. Quick turnarounds and short pre-production periods demanded resourcefulness and the ability to work well under pressure, whilst maintaining excellent relationships with clients, third parties and Crew and the highest level of professionalism.
