Sole Production Manager throughout the pre-production and onsite delivery of the CPL 2021, held bubbled and behind closed doors in St Kitts and Nevis from August to September. The demands of planning were far reaching, ranging from organising all Crew and supplier bookings (and their subsequent contracting), international travel, accreditation and visa procurement, to negotiating and engaging local transport, caterers, runners/riggers and accommodation to the facilitation of shipping and delivery of equipment. Due to the challenges posed by the global pandemic, an incredibly close working relationship with the event organiser was required, to ensure that they were comfortable with the production plan, the application of it, and the maintenance of their testing regime and COVID-19 protocols for the duration of the event. Onsite demands, in addition to writing schedules, included overseeing all Crew day-to-day activities and working to ensure the efficient running of production whilst keeping Crew morale high, under what were difficult working conditions for an extended period.

In addition to this, updating Cost Trackers and logging all costs and working with the Production Manager to monitor that shoots and post-production did not go over budget.The PLP Short Form Content team produce a variety of short feature pieces to populate the Premier League Channel, such as classic matches, ‘top 5’ reviews, player and pundit interviews and interstitials.As Production Coordinator, the primary task was to oversee the edit schedule, booking editors, APs and facilities for the season and liaising with other PLP teams to secure interviews with talent. Other projects included coordinating with Premier League clubs to organise stadium aerial shoots and ensuring that all paperwork for these was in place.Duties for both the Promos and the Short Form Content department included the management of a Production Assistant, the checking and submission of PAP paperwork and the daily processing of invoices, raising POs and Cost Tracking as well as monitoring all expenditure and helping with a monthly budget forecast of over/under spending.
