This role allowed me to further develop my standing and operational ability in the marketing space. Working closely with centre management and major tenants, I was able to formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing activities and outcomes for the shopping centre. I was able to further my operational use of Social Media and modern marketing requirements to drive profitable campaigns, plan events, and communicate with community members.My holistic skill-set included event management and the financial aspects of marketing and event management that go hand in hand with driving successful outcomes. I was able to ensure positive results through budget management, expenditures, research, and the creation of real-time, accurate reports regarding ROI and P&L.This role allowed me to develop exponentially in a range of key areas, with my operational abilities really shining as I managed a wide range of outcomes and requirements within the role. No stranger to taking on further duties, I was able to complete tasks with regularity, and provide consistency to the tenants and the wider centre operations.

This role required a holistic approach to business management, with a slant towards assisting with Marketing for the business and helping to drive business operations. Within this role, I collaborated with a range of individuals, professionals, and subject matter experts both internal and external to the business, utilising my operational excellence and communicative skill-set to drive shared outcomes and reach mutual goals.This role required my marketing skill-set, where I successfully developed short term and long term strategic marketing and advertising plans, running multi-channel campaigns across social media, ppc, and organic marketing, all while keeping consistent messaging for the business and the product.I was able to grow exponentially in this truly holistic role, often working outside my duties and requirements, and rounding my skill-set both personally and professionally.
