I have worked in the disability sector for 13 years, In the time I have worked across most areas of direct support and team leader positions. For the past 5 years I have been working in the NDIS Customer service and Administration space. My roles over the past 5 years have required me to a strong self directed learning to stay current and up to date with ongoing changes with the NDIS.I am currently studying my advanced diploma in community sector management, I have completed my certificate IV in disability services. I have worked in in children's respite, holiday programs, shared accommodation and adult day program's. In my current and last 2 role's at VMCH I have used my strong administration, MS office skills and data entry skills.
