As a Programme Services Officer at University of Derby Online Learning (UDoL) since Feb 2024, I support the delivery of high-quality online courses and programmes. With over ten years of experience in education settings, including five years of teaching foreign languages in secondary schools, I have developed strong skills in teaching, administration, pastoral care, and instructional design. I am passionate about enhancing the learning experience and outcomes of all learners. I am also keen to expand my knowledge of technology and digital skills.
