In my current role as a Personal Assistant and Administrator at Autism and ADHD Advocates CIC, I am dedicated to supporting the daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organisation. My primary focus is on providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives and advocacy work.I manage a wide range of administrative tasks and maintain office systems. My role requires exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail to keep everything on track and meet deadlines.In addition to administrative duties, I assist senior management, helping to organise their workload and streamline their activities. This includes preparing documents and handling confidential matters with discretion.A significant part of my job involves anticipating the organisation's and its leaders' needs and proactively addressing issues before they arise. I excel in creating order and developing systems and processes that enhance productivity and efficiency.My role demands excellent communication skills, as I liaise with various stakeholders, including team members, clients, and external partners. I prioritise building strong relationships within the team to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment where everyone feels included and valued.Through this role, I have honed my abilities in multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced setting. My passion for contributing to the organisation's advocacy efforts drives my dedication to supporting the team and improving operational efficiency.

Founded and led a support group for families of children with special educational needs and neurodivergent individuals at a local Primary School. Organised regular providing resources, peer support, and advocacy for parents navigating the challenges of SEND.

I created and currently manage “The Neurodivergent Hub” Facebook Group, an online community for neurodivergent individuals. The group offers a supportive space for members to share experiences, access resources, and build a sense of belonging. Regularly facilitate discussions and provide guidance on various topics related to neurodiversity.
