Employing cira 25,000 colleagues across a distribution and retail environment I work as part of a wider L&D team to development organisation capability in areas such as coaching and mentoring.Key Achievements• Using OD techniques to develop a new Coaching strategy.• Identifying and establishing relationships with world renowned external providers to support the development and delivery of the 2014 learning and development strategy tasks included identifying and aligning content and innovative solutions.• Developing the content of a conference for 170 people that required the development of facilitator resources for inexperiened facilitators, facilitator coaching and the personal facilitation of smaller groups of 10-15 delegates and also interactive group discussions of 150 delegates
