Pippin C. Brehler has served in the Legal Office of the California Air Resources Board since 2015, where he is currently an Assistant Chief Counsel. He has been one of the principal attorneys on the team developing and defending California's requirements to virtually eliminate air pollution from new cars and light trucks on the road. Besides his work on this groundbreaking program, he has coordinated multiple regulatory proposals through the administrative process and successfully defended them in litigation for the Air Resources Board and the California Energy Commission.
