I am a recent University graduate who is looking to learn, grow, and adapt in a role that I am comfortable within, but that also challenges me. With an undergraduate degree in Film Studies and Comparative Literature, I have a deep passion for the arts and especially film. Having worked on various personal projects and jobs, I have found that while I do enjoy creating art, I mainly enjoy the facilitation of other's projects and writing, whether it be creative or for fund development.I have spent the last 4 years in university studying film and literature, which became my passion and I strove to do the best I could while improving my writing skills and work ethic. School was always my number one priority, though my job at the International Festival of Winter Cinema took up much of my time for school as I took on larger responsibilities in the fields I am passionate about, non-profits and film. While the while range of responsibilities was stressful, especially while doing school full time, I was more than happy to take it on, learning and improving my abilities in fund development, grant writing, event planning, film programming, communications, and volunteer coordination.
