Real Estate Company operating in the development of all kind of commercial properties, staying owner of retail assets (Portfolio of € 2Bn in France) - Asset Management of the portfolio (operational and financial audits, investments following, deal analysis…)- Development and set up of extensions/refurbishment projects of shopping centers : coordination between co-owners of the property and Altarea team (lease management, technical and legal know-hows) in a financial and value creation target- Involvement in due diligence and negotiation in acquisition or international sale-off processes- Search and analysis of investments opportunities for the Group in France - Performance analysis of the portfolio : monitoring of the external valuations and benchmark with the market (IPD)- Good knowledge of the French commercial real estate market and of its players
