During the period of my education in Masters of business administration (HR management) simultaneously; I had the experience of working with the education academy as a coordinator, from June 2015 to August 2015.  From that point onward, I was able to grasp the basics of dealing with people, paying attention to details and managed time effectively. I transitioned from there to work in EFU Assurance as assistant manager where I experienced marketing skills of promoting and selling products along with strong bridging a gap between clients and employees; part of my job also required strong phone handling skills and ability to adapt different personalities.After I graduated with reasonable experience of working with two different sectors in 2017. My next stop was at Meezan Bank Ltd as personal banking officer till 2019; like previous jobs this was similar but it required more independence and target achievement and so I accomplished my target and was appreciated for being a top performer with balanced production in district, followed by my second accomplished of maximizing sales behavior to increase individual consumer, business and goals and lastly, maintained the confidential information and maintained the ethical boundaries of working environment.Personality is the most attractive tool especially when it comes to interacting with clients. This skill set is naturally a powerful asset within me as I am an excellent communicator with multitasking abilities along with negotiation and problem-solving skills. This is what makes me different from my peers. I would want people to not judge a book by its cover and allow me as a person to physically express myself and from there we discuss the possibility of opportunity that I am applying for.
