Learning Service Specialist for the World's Largest Social Media Platforms.- Leading and managing in-office and online training in English of large teams of trainees (50+) from a wide variety of ethnic groups and cultural backgrounds for the world's largest social media platforms.- Empowering teams by creating a vibrant, safe, and inclusive learning environment (engaging with a learner-centric approach). - Facilitating the learning experience by using multilingual and multicultural approaches that support diversity.- Liaising with the HR, Quality Analyst, and Team Manager departments to assess learning needs and implement learning programs.- Adapting teaching methods to maximize trainees engagement by offering practical, simple, and interactive learning activities (eLearning, On-the-job, Instruction-led, Coaching, Video, Simulation, Spaced training, Case studies, Gamification, and Job Shadowing training).- Managing, monitoring, and implementing the company's global workforce by providing upskill training to ensure high standards of content moderation are met and maintained.
