GrowthHad the pleasure of introducing e-scooters and Voi to Norway.Launched March 2019 and did over 2m rides during my year leading the organisation in Norway. Christina Moe Gjerde took over as General Manager after my time at VOI and has taken the company another step up. Based on regional and global strategy, I helped to drive strategic initiatives and coordinate the local team to prioritize, set a timeline to reach goals quickly, and see them through to completion. We reached 2 million rides in Norway by the end of my time at Voi. Some of my responsibilities was to ensure that the marketing, vehicle, operations teams had all tools and resources available to deliver stellar results, and to make P&L, growth and compliance recommendations and drive product changes needed for local adoption.

(Headhunted)It was a good, but short run; I decided to quit after 6 months because I found out that my passion was working startups and with entrepreneurs. I will forever be grateful for my time at Microsoft for the learnings along the way. Some of my responsibilities were; - Competition analysis and market reports; analyze the Retail landscape in Norway- Optimizing the placement of products, distribution, and point of sales with the biggest retailers in the Nordics. (Elkjøp, Power)- Sales support and training for retail managers in Nordics
