In this case a periodic internal follow-up is done for the technical part, planning and budget and a planning follow-up with the customer is done too. >> Typology 3 - Development of microwave products for future market needed, using equity capital and governmental subsidy. In this case a periodic follow-up is done for a technical part, planning and budget internally and with dedicate government department (DGA & DGAC).• Design and test microwave functions and system.

Project: Application of a new CAE software for routing and optimization of RF CMOS blocks like low noise amplifiers and power amplifiers.Tasks:• Design of a low noise amplifier and power amplifier.• To use Virtuoso RF Designer, from Cadence, to routing and optimize the amplifier performances.Actions:• Design of low noise amplifier and power amplifier at 2.14 GHz (WCDMA/3G) using CMOS technology.• Evaluation of a new tool from Cadence (Virtuoso RF Design) to routing the amplifiers layout and optimize the amplifier performances.
