I joined Bolt to help build Regional People Partnering function during a significant reorganization of the People team. My focus areas include:• Ensuring the Regional People Partnering team for North & Western EU is built up and thriving.• Designing processes and knowledge-base to enhance cross-functional collaboration and reduce workflow inefficiencies.• Collaborating with peers to advance People Partnering in Bolt, supporting managers in achieving business goals with healthy teams.• Contributing to different global programs such as performance management, leadership development, etc.

Boosting efficiency and enabling faster results for each individual-in-coaching. • Wundamental also allows organizations to fosters systemic, data-driven change by analyzing cohort-based data to support designing a culture that enables people to thrive at their full potential to bring desired strategic results.I’m collaborating with the team as an Advisor, bringing my experience in HR, leadership development, and coaching.

I collaborate in two ways:• As an Executive Coach (Professional Certified Coach by ICF), offering leaders a 'time-out' to reflect on current issues and devise a plan for meaningful change.• As an HR Advisor, leveraging my expertise in the people side of the business for hands-on support.

Working in a unique role of supporting CEOs and teams of different companies from Mobi Group and outside on various HR topics.The role continued with the same team from November 2018 onwards when CXO OÜ was founded.

I was responsible for building the whole HR function up from zero to improve the ways we can support business growth and employee experience at Fortumo. Agile tempo, rapid growth periods and lack of previously existing good practices demanded fast action with loads of personal impact opportunities and valuable learning possibilities. My key responsibility areas included: • establishing good practices for our recruitment and onboarding processes, that across all offices (Europe, China, India, US, Vietnam, Singapore),• building the learning culture by introducing various L&D initiatives,• coaching Team Leads,• driving leadership skills training activities, • building and keeping the organisation culture with the leadership team,• running employer branding activities together with PR- and marketing,• being the go-to person for all employees on different topics, • being responsible for facilities management, incl. during the fast growth period when the office space grew 3 times, • recruiting, training and managing the work of an Office Manager / Recruiter.

Being the co-founder of this language training and translation business, I was hands-on in building the business from ground up becoming the trusted partner for a number of private companies and public organisations in Estonia and in the Baltics.I was responsible for:• business management (b2b sales), account management, project management and other operational tasks to keep the business running beneficially• developing quality assurance processes that ensure high-quality service both in language training courses and translation services• hiring translators and trainers• designing and running training programmes, foremost Business English

• I played a key role in expanding the college’s international relations, broadening our network of global partners and spearheading initiatives that boosted the number of Erasmus students and teacher exchanges annually, both incoming and outgoing. • Additionally, I lectured in Medical English and offered electives in Public Speaking and Business English.

I taught English classes across various levels, from elementary to advanced, at language schools and diverse organizations.
